Life Sized Guns.

Sorry for the quality but this was the only picture I took and it's too small to show up well. Anyhow, this was my first try at a life size gun and I think it went pretty well. It was supposed to be a sci-fi SMG. It's an older build that's a few months old so I don't have it any more. Yesterday after talking to one of my friends I decided to try again. It quickly became clear that I was not going to be able to build another one that was as large as my first since many pieces I needed were on my space interceptor. So I changed my plan to simply making a machine pistol. I think it turned out really well. Sorry for the bad pics. It's very difficult to photograph black.
It's quite stubby. I like that.

I also really like this barrel design. In my opinion it was the hardest part.
Here's how I did it.

This is a shot of my sights.

And this is the energy meter since this is a plasma weapon. Right now it's fully charged.

The hand grip is large, sturdy and very comfortable.

Illegal connection. It looks cool though.

Just to show that it is to scale.

Halftrack.

I was able to build another vehicle with the few bley bricks I had left. And I was able to use that windshield.
I think that this would be used as a light scout vehicle but it could also transport troops. It can carry about four on the back if they're toe to toe.

Obviously there are some design issues. Namely, exposed treads and the fact that they can't even turn properly. I'll probably be redoing the position  of the treads to make them turn easier.

I like this tread design I worked out.

More Stuff.

Today we have Corporal Parnell and his Sergeant showcasing some weapons I made. I just want to say that I am not a big customizer. I don't make a habit of mangling my pieces.

Here the are with their basic guns. A combat shotgun and a assault rifle.

As you can see it requires some filing down.

This is a nice little LMG.

I like this little sten gun like weapon.

And this you've already seen.

I really like this minigun.

I couldn't really do a breakdown so I just included another shot.

These are some other micro tanks I did.

This is a little buggy.

And I neat little helicopter.

Stuff

Here's some more little stuff that I've made recently.
Neat little portable barricades with a Confederation heavy trooper and his sergeant. If you can't see them too well that's good. Neither can the enemy.

And here's how it's put together. Simple but it fold up well.

A little automated sentry turret.

Another couple of sentry turrets. I like these better.

The heavy troopers.

Micro Tanks.

I haven't been building much lately probably a combination of not having any ideas and not having any bricks. So I've just been building small stuff. I have a whole other post for some equipment I've built for the Confederation but anyhow I built a bunch of small tanks last night and I think they're pretty good. Sorry for the bad pics but the camera wasn't cooperating for some reason.
This is the jackrabbit. I cannot take credit for the design unfortunately.

This one's probably my least favorite.

This is an old design I came up with a long time ago.

This one's my personal favorite. It reminds me of the Megatank from War Commander.

And last but not least, the Behemoth. I really like this one.

Scout Helicopter

This little helicopter was thrown together in a couple of minutes just because I wanted another air vehicle besides my dropship. It's not one of my best builds but I still like it.

Movie set.

This was going to be the set for a little live action film I was planning to do with my brother. Unfortunately the lack of plot and our inability to get the lighting right forced us to give it up. I may revisit the idea later.
I really like this. We would have filmed it in black and white so the colors wouldn't have shown up anyhow but I really like the color scheme and the dresser. That guy in the beige suit would have been our detective. I really like how he turned out.

Very messy set.
