Revolver

I decided to buckle down and build a revolver because it's something I've been meaning to do for a while and feel like I'm in a bit of a slump. I took half the morning to give up the idea of moving cylinder because I just didn't have the pieces. After that things went fairly smoothly but I did have to use parts from the handle of my other pistol.

The handle is comfortable and that is my best trigger guard so far.

Working(ish) hammer and rear iron sight.

I skirted the not enough parts issue by making a fake cylinder with bricks.

   Barrel and front iron sight.

And here's a failed attempt at a working cylinder.

  1. Sweet! Yeah, I like how you used brown for the handle, I think the "fake cylinder" makes it a little hard to distinguish as a revolver and maybe the barrel too. But it is really cool looking and still has a revolver look to it.

    1. I had the same thought about the cylinder making it hard to distinguish from an automatic. It's definitely something I'd like to revisit when I have pieces.
